Ok, so in v1.6.0 if you check the box "Show fps", and a ping bar will show in the upper left side of the screen showing your fps and some various options.

By default the option selector is set on the fps limiter, and you use home/end to trigger it.

There are 3 options:
1. The box is comepletely filled with pink - Fps limit is set to auto (50 or 60 depending on the game).
2. The box is half black/half pink (dots) - The fps limit is set to the custom limit you specified in the video settings (by default it's 200).
3. The box is empy - game runs as fast as it can.

So previosly when the box was completely filled (option 1) I had a stable 59.9 fps. When I switched to options 2 or 3 the fps went up to 100-150.

Then the new version 1.7.0 comes out.

Now with option 1 I get 59.9 fps (like before), but with options 2 and 3 I get 60.1-60.4 fps for some reason. WTF?

I like to turn fps limit off when the game is loading or smthing, but now I can't :( Help would be appresiated.

ePSXe v1.7.0 has a built in Frame Limit wich can be toggled while ingame by pressing F4.

It is suggested to disable frame limit on the plugin when using ePSXe v1.7.0.

Thx.

About the built in Frame Limit.

By default it's on, and the fps is allways auto no matter what the options are.
If you toggle it off, the frame limiter becomes normal, as previosly in v1.6.0 with options 1, 2, and 3.

Now that was useless...

not useless, the internal frame limiter is more accurate then the one in petes plugins.
