error loading [plugins\gpupec.dll]
I get this error when I try to run the CDROM.

Can anyone help me? My system is window vista. ePSXe is 1.7.0
gpupec.dll (576 KB, 2/7/2008)

If you don't wanna use PEC,just delete the file gpupec.dll in the plugin folder.
Else,try making an exception for Epsxe in the Data Execution Prevention.
