Megaman legends 2 allows makes this horrible static sound whenever there is a cutscene.

what spu plugin are you using and what version of epsxe are you playing the game on, 1.7.0?

I'm using the eternal 1.5 beta 2 and i'm using the 1.7.0

how do you have the plugin set up? if you are using 1.7.0 i suggest you use the core spu plugin instead but the eternal spu would be next in line i suppose. are you playing from the disc or from an image? if you are playing from an image, what format is it in and how are you loading it (mounted on virtual drive or via the file>run>iso method in the emulators GUI)?
