First of all, I broke no rules. Here is the NGEmu policy:

Warez Policy

NGEmu takes a "no tolerance" stance against the trading/sharing/discussion of illegal software, also known as warez. Links to or requests for illegally-obtained commercial material, such as ROMs, ISOs, or BIOS images will not be tolerated. If you post in a forum for support and you are found to be in possession of illegal content, your thread will be immediately closed.

I fail to see how i broke this rule in any way, shape, form, or fashion. Discussing an unreleased title and its playability could mean many different things. In case you do not realize it, there were actual people who were a part of the development team on this thing. Many people who work in games have demos, unreleased software, betas, tests, etc. This means that this software is out there, and just because some people may have downloaded it off the internet, there are those of us who have this code by other means.

Many of the users discussing the "published" games on these forums may have also downloaded those games off the internet without having had a retail copy.

The simple fact here is that there is no way to know how a user aqcuired this software, published or unpublished. So, lets not make assumptions about users if they are only discussing playability. I made no effort to sell, send links or talk about where I got this game.

Instead of closing a thread with a quickness, can we not discuss this issue on the forums so other users can make informed decisions for themselves? It would also help to make sure that before closing a thread, NGEmu admins need to make sure it is actually in violation of the rules.

Thank you for listening and I hope you change your mind.

Thrill Kill is a fighting game that was developed for PlayStation by Paradox Development. It was cancelled by Electronic Arts a few weeks before shipping

thats why your thread was closed, the only way you could have ever got this game is by illegal means as it was never released, you didnt need to tell us where you got it as it was plainly obvious.

NGemu has a zero tollerance stance on warez which is why your thread was closed, as will this one, this isnt open to debate. Now unless you want to recieve warnings on the matter for not wanting to abide by our rules, then i suggest this debate ends here.
