How to use this command line?

-loadcheat , as the title says lol.
im trying to load a .cht file example:
C:\Sysreset\epsxe170\ePSXe.exe -loadcheat Digimon World 2 [U] [SLUS-01193]
but it wont work, got my codes from pec. is anything wrong with my command line?

I would say... try with a complete file name (including the file extension) and using "" (needed if the filename has spaces)

For example:

C:\Sysreset\epsxe170\ePSXe.exe -loadcheat "Digimon World 2 [u] [SLUS-01193].cht"

cht files are not used for cheating with/in ePSXe(use PEC instead).
You can use ePSXeCutor it has a built-in gui that allows you to manipulate directly your cheats w/o using CMDs.

i imported the .cht file from pec. and how do i use the built-in gui?

so all now i have to do under the cheats tab is to import the file from pec?
and what do i put under unique license id , game name,<- ( Full game name from .iso or optional ) ? sorry for so many questions :/
