I found and squashed a bug in new GD code. Not only Elemental Gimmick Gear boots again but it also cured Street Fighter Zero 3, which now seems to work just fine.

It is and always was, the "pay for this emu" thing was an aprils fools.

Great to see constant updates from the author. This emulator keeps going from strength to strength.
