Fraps & ePSXe

First of all, is anyone else using Fraps to record stuff while playing a game on ePSXe?

Now, I have used Fraps before to record stuff (see my playlists (http://www.youtube.com/user/DubbleJ)). And I've always used the same settings for the three different games. But now I'm trying to record Klonoa videos, but the recording is really shaky. It plays in slow motion almost. Why is that? Does anyone have a clue?
