Having issues with the Resident Evil 2 & Vandal Hearts 2 for the Playstation 1 using ePSXe. Both games look great and run at good frame rates, but there are some irritating glitches:
RE2: pauses for too long during some camera changes and cut scenes.
VHII: the split screen sections during battle which show AI moves are not shown, so all you see the is your own move.
Screenshots won't really aid a troubleshoot, they both look great.

Thanks in advance .

Is this a question?
Do you ask for the best settings or what?
We can't provide you with the ideal settings, because it depends on your system and only because it works great for me it doesn't have to mean, it works good for you.
And next time, please, use proper sentences.

ignoring the rude IT guy routine, why don't you tell me what works "great" for you, and perhaps we can work from there.

For Resident Evil 2 & Vandal Hearts 2.
resi runs smooth, then pauses for too long during some camera changes and cut scenes.
vandal hearts runs and looks great, but the split screen sections are skipped during battle, so all you see the is your own move.
thanks.
Thanx in advance, HAVE Fun
PS: Next time post some requests/questions....stuff, you never know?

apart from the omission of "what are...", I honestly can't see where the confusion lies here. following the OP logically:
ideal settings using openGL - [list of games] - [list of tech issues]
pretty clear what I'm asking for. unfortunately, it appears what you're asking for is a greater sense of humility, as if you have something better to do while logged into a PS1 emu site than give tech advice on PS1 tech issues.
if you want to be as useful as a paper teapot, then just don't post a reply.

dear friend, when people asks for help they do as fellow :
1- First they mention/post their problem (which game on what system, in perfect clear way, not using enigmas (that will not help you at all)).
2- They post their system specs as fellow :
* PC : CPU/GFX_Card/Mem_Size/DX_ver....etc + OS
* Emulator_version + Used plugins + plugins_configuration
* Some screenshots to point more to the real problem
And in the end the ask/say gently (Thanx in advance), can you tell me please which chapter you/I missed here?!!
And please, post something useful for your own sake?
HAVE FUN...

Yeah, I would help you, but I don't have the games here at university, so I can't test it out.

I think he found "use proper sentences offending" Proabably because most people don't use proper grammar in a forum. However since hes asking for info its better for him to use proper grammar so people trying to help him can understand him. This is all irrelevant anyways.
You should try a new plug-in or another emulator. The lag and hanging wont be fixed by a simple graphics adjust.
Tip: Try to be a little bit nicer to the people trying to help you. Asking is better then faulty interpretation.
