ok weird please help

ok well i didnt get how to use this at first but now i have been able to run a game. But before i knew how to work this thing which was a few minutes ago i hit run CD and it turned my screen black and the program stopped responding so i used task manager to close it and to my dismay my screen seems all small now. My wallpaper doesnt take up the screen and it seems like my computer thinks the screen is smaller then it is. I would really appreciate some help. Sorry if this answer is posted somewhere else but this is kindof freaking me out.

sometimei also get same problem, then press esc from the keyboardm, then close the program (not use the task manager)
then i run the epsxe again,and it work again

i think that because the cd go freeze a while, when u didn't use it
