ePSXe Netplay plugin

Hiya, am wanting to know whats the best ePSXe plugin, cause me and my mate are trying to play some Link games, like
C&C red Alert Retiliation
Wip3out
and others.
we are looking for somthing that goes on with Broadband through two computers using the Internet/LAN settings, since we have 3 computers linked up with the HUB, two that are cabled to it and one wireless

Can some one help me out please

Is there a plaugin that can work over LAN, am trying to use this Cyberpad 1.0 and it just freezes, and when am using that other one erm. kaillera 1.4 it just says connection lost i have made both ePSXe's on the system identical from software to games but nothing, i really need help to get both computers connected,

Please excuse my ignorance. Where can I find specification documents of the netplay plugin? I'm really interested in coding one.

If i knew, i would tell you, but if you can code, i would be over the moon if you can make a very good Net plugin for lan (on the same network) me and my mate are trying our best to find a good one for the ePSXe 1.6.0 but no luck, i hope you manage it.

I suggest you could try NGEmu, i recon, they have some there.

It seems like you can use kaillera with CyberPad but Kaillera died and Netplay plugin specs are not public so people could code other plugins with better packages
