I knew where it is, it's in the Video config window.. figuring out how to select it.

You need to go get Pete's soft GPU in order to use the "update" with 1.7. You can also just use Pete's OpenGL2 plugin like I do - try the 4xGL soft shader...it's purdy. ;)

Thanx, latest time I tried OGL2 plugin it was very buggy, maybe because of Vista or maybe because of my Radeon X1950, I'm not sure..

Strange...I download the plugin Pete's soft GPU 1.18 and put it into "pugins" folder,but i can not select it in the "video config" box. Anybody knows why? When i use V1.17 it's OK...

the current version of PetesGPU has issues on XP, calb reports it works fine on Vista though,

Be aware, the dll version and gpu.dat version are the same file, there is no need to have both versions to use the F7 switcher.
