Any cheat tool for Dolphin?

I'm looking for cheat tool for Dolphin - I need it to rip 3D models (Tikal, Amy, Metal Sonic et.c.) from SA2 Battle and there is no another way to get them (in the game they are availible only in non-released in Dolphin 2-player mode)only to cheat Dolphin with Action Replay codes. Also I want to rip SSBM characters in T-pose - and it's possible only with cheats too.
I tryed one japanese cheat tool Emuhaste but without any success :( May be somebody knows another working cheat tool for Dolphin? Please help...

I think there is a 3D rip tool somewhere in Emutalk.you might wanna go search there.
