How to configure to play Resident Evil Outbreak?

Look, noob or not, today i know about PCSX2 and i know everybody asked how to configure in the first time!

Sry it's a bad name. It's just a configuring guide. It justs says use the latest video plugin and beta and gives you urls to download the files among other things. The best chance for you to play your game is to follow some of those instructions. Just trying to help ya out.

the guide tells you how to configure everything.
just read the steps, and if you already did something go on to the next step.
make sure you upgrade your plugins though (step 2)
