Desc DBAT!WTF error

I got got vista x64 for this. I tried SSBM and all is fine. But when playing for a little bit i get an error that says

Fatal error
Desc DBAT!WTF

Ignore and continue?
YES NO

I click yes then another pop up says that its a problem or somthing.
Then the game freezes.

Any one else get this?

When I click "Yes" this comes up and crashes.

It appears randomly.

I get this as well, except I don't even get the game to start, it just appears right away.
