Awesome. The speed is fast but....
Super Mario 64 still have same problem.. Mario head's eyes disappears and appears sometime. His eyes are almost like white eyes :) Yoshi's shadow is over his body when he lay. Sometimes you jump around then he go to other side instead of where he was supposed to. oO

I start to play Zelda with option [Optimize Loops] checked and the game slow slow slow... I turn off and the game gets speed...
Lino the [Optimize Loops] is a test feature? or in some games it can be more slow?

gnrathon you are making comparison without parameters...
Lino is making a perfect work... Before you make some comparison, make you an emulator! (at least with 1% of powerful of iDeaS )
Lino don't give a damm to that, most of guys even don't know what is an emulator... so how can they speak about what is better than what ? Don't worry about this... they don't know...
The last release is awsome!!! (let's keep the great work :thumb: )

Guess what, this kind of smart ass attitude will not be tolerated here.Emulator authors are doing their best depending on their capabilities and knowledge.Putting down any emulator is stupid and useless,so stop doing it or you will get a warning

I had hoped you had learnt to stop making useless flame posts....guess I was wrong.
You need to DUMP the firmware from your DS...not download it, that's illegal.
Not to mention not quite all games even require the firmware and bios files these days....and you still have not learnt to use coherent english.

This is a forum about emulation and I would like you to at least respect the authors for their hard work, if you dislike an emulator, fine, no need to insult it publicly on these forums, you will receive a warning next time you do this.

its real fast, is there gonna be some kind of release for a sound plugin? or are we just gonna have to make do?
SCHUMI_4EVER
February 23rd, 2008, 02:16
Guys it's been mentioned often in the past that the iDeaS audio plugins still need some major work.
Nothing has has changed in that respect on this version although the latest audio plugin is the best one sofar.

February 23rd, 2008, 13:16

I have problem now with the new version where all the audio is really slowed down like slowing a 78 vinyl down to a 45.

February 24th, 2008, 01:33
Have you ever noticed, before you post. The sound plugin is not fully complete yet as Lino is trying to get rid of the bugs in the plugin. The latest one is the best one at this point.
SCHUMI_4EVER
February 24th, 2008, 01:44
Honestly Viper....knigthsmanx already figured that out....read propperly next time...
knightsmanx
February 24th, 2008, 14:41
just something for your guy's info, or to help lino if it does, and idk if you guys figured this out or not, but the sound plugin is actually pretty good as long as your running at max fps and never lowering by even 1... right now im at a spot where i can get a constant 64 and the pitches are perfect minus a little bit of reverb kind of sound and the occasional glitch of silence, lol, oh, and its not that the sounds are coming out slow, its that the plugin is reading the wrong pitches i guess you could call it... kind of as if the emulator was designed to dedicate to the video if lagging behind and give just enough to the sound plugin to produce some kind of sound. which is probably not the case, but thats what it seems like

February 24th, 2008, 19:31
How to make that emulator runs in full speed,I set CPU speed on 150% and frame skip on 9,can I do something more to make emu faster than that?I have all plugins.
Lino
February 24th, 2008, 19:37
You must enable the avi plugin

February 24th, 2008, 19:42

What is you specs. ShadowP, I wish all members would put their system specs.
if it is powerful you can increase the cpu usage but if too slow it is not possible since you could not even reach that speed you wanted.
