Rendering:

and it actually took less than a min XD (the rendering process, not the process of making the tut :P)

All you need to do more is to fix teh corner chipping with pen tool if done correctly ;), or a behind white brush tool if you cut something extra by accident(because all you cut is white stuff, and nothing else)

These are done in a min or less, so remember you can always refine some details (cornor chipping and such) if you spend like 1 more min on it XD
and here's a big reason why it's special :P
It renders transparentcy as well

I'm using Photoshop CS2

I broke it up into 12 general steps

The original file is done in 3200*2800 with 96 dpi
