I can't save in FF7

I'm not able to save in FF7 with Adripsxdos. The emulator can't find any memorycard. Can anybody help me?

I tried this out. It didn't work. Does this realy work in the DOS Version, too?

Oh sorry the Dos version "I think" don't have save state...
