i am using a iso of dragon ball gt and the game play is too slow
i am using petes d3d here is my configeration fulscreen mode 600x800 color depth 32 bit texture quality is r8 g8 b8 a8 filtering is extended w/o sprite catching type dynamic use fps limit auto detect use frame skip off screen drawing is extended advance blending hardware framebuffer black i have a authentic amd k6 3d processor and 56 mb ram |

Try setting the following settings to
color depth - 16 bit texture quality - r5 g5 b5 a5 fps limit - 60 or 65 auto fps limit does not work well for me so i've set mine to 65. Hope this help. |

Try just not setting FPS limit... or set it to 200.
At home, using a K6-II 400mhz and an old Voodoo1, using LEWPY's GPU and using FrameSkip, I get some 50fps or more during game... although movies are played a bit slow (40fps). |

SiS 620 is a damn slov vid card....
That's the reason I was forced to buy a V3 2k PCI. It's far more worth for it's price =)
If you can afford, buy another decent vid card. You will see drastic improvement over your gaming experience
