How can I use the memory card?

I need to use the memory card for saving, not the usual method of direct saving by pressing F4, this is because I’m playing Final Fantasy 8, and the only way to continue with the second CD is by reloading the saved game from a memory card, it doesn’t accept or let me continue playing with the other method of saving. So, HOW I USE THE MEMORY CARD OPTION? or there is no memory card option for saving?, please, help me, or I will lose 24 hours of playing this game. Or if there is nothing to do, at least tell how I can transfer the saved games from Adripsx to another emulator. Thanks for your attention.

Press F3 to activate the memory card emulation, you can save after that.
AdriPSX savestates can't be converted but memorycards can, but that is not an easy solution,
if you make a save and care to try you can read this thread.
