Memory card files

I've been playing with the AdriPSX memory card support...how's the tool for importing/exporting saves coming along?

It seems that AdriPSX encodes the header data in the file name, so none of the formats that include it in the actual file work.

I managed to get some BoF4 data from a memcard image extracted from a real card into the emulator. Here's what I did:
1. I extracted the memcard with my DataDeck.
2. I used PSXGE to save a .mcs file of the save slot.
3. I played BoF4 on Adri and saved a game in the same slot as the one used by the one from the memcard.
4. I looked at both in a hex editor, noted that the MCS had data that seemed to be in the filename of the .mem file, and deleted the extra data.
5. I saved the modified MCS over the MEM file, keeping the name intact.
6. I opened Adri, turned memcard support on, and there was my save, which loaded fine.

Any chance AdriPSX could just use either of the existing single-slot-save formats that already exist (.MCS, .PSX), sometime in the future? Then you could use any of the existing memcard manager tools to export the slots into the adripsx save directory, and import them back into memcard images for use in other emulators or on a real PSX/PS2.

Just a few thoughts,

Wait sometime and memory cards will be working without any pains in adripsx.
