Where Can I Get The Other PAD File?

Hi, I Just Got Your EMULATOR..Its GREAT! IT Almost Works..Except A Black Screen Comes Up.I Noticed Everyone Saying To Change The Pad Plugin To The OthEWr 1, But I Only HAve 1 For Some Reason..I Have The Kazzuuya 1, I Guess I Need The Other 1. Please Help
