Swaping CDs problem

I'm playing the game dracula and finished the first CD but when it asks for the 2nd disc I put on the drive but nothing happens.
How can I play the 2nd disc?

Please send me a savestate file for it.
So I can fix it soon

A savestate file, if Zipped, must be something like 400 or 450Kb.
