This is not a complain, just a query.
Is sound in the new DOS version supposed to work (I know it is disabled in the last version)? I've tried using the switches -spu and -cdxa but have no luck (maybe I hadn't tried hard to change my system config)... I asked this since I got *some* sound (though very choppy) in an previous version (the one long ago, it's slow and not very compatible anyway) . Anyway, I appreciate much for your nice works on this great emu (seemlingly the only recent PSX emu that has a DOS version), it now boots every CD I tried (only a few) and is *very* fast (too fast, probably *needs* the sound to regulate the speed). Regards. Gilbert |

Re
Actually I asked because I see the following line in the update list:
Sound routine re-added, but not tested yet. Anyway, I was just curious to ask, since it is not guaranteed to work. Last edited by Gilbert Cheung; May 24th, 2001 at 04:29. |
