sorry for bumping an old thread, but this is worth a try. Go to your Device Manager and uninstal it. Then unplug the usb plug, Make sure you have the switch set to psx and plug in an n64 controler and a psx controller and plug the usb plug back into your computer and see if xp recognizes it then.
