Umm, ok one question thoughm why do most people recommend windowed xD, isnt it faster to use fullscreen?
Btw, works perfect, i guess these are the optimal settings for FFIX, arent some of the options to make the text some better?

I done some tweaking again, not tried fullscreen yet but these setting are about optimal right now,
As you can see i have set the high-res textures on, looks BEAUTIFULL, text perfect
, the character are very blurred but minimal, sharpness is still in them
