Can you verify that the game works on a real PSX?
If the game works than clean a cd and
re-make the ISO image,
if the game is PAL you will need to get a
PPF patch
ePSXe supports auto PPF loading but you can also use a program called ppf-o-matic
to patch the ISO image and you will be able to use it in any emu then.
After you are done use "Mooby2 cd disk image driver" cd plugin with "enable subchannels data" on.
