Just select the output as Vob DVD compliant, and voila!!
You might want to use NTSC or PAL options so change those accordingaly. You could reduce video bitrate too in case it looks overkill. Quality above all!!
You could also use the AUTO-MODE profile. The easiest it can be. 2 clicks are enough.
Everything gets processed in the YUV colorspace (avisynth supported) so dont expect anything (significantly) faster anywhere.
