Agreed, it's definately one of the best features of the Slim. Another feature that I love about the Slim, it the Flip-Top lid. All you have to do is solder an SPST switch to the button that signals wether or not the lid is closed, and you have an instant option for Swap Magic use.

my fat ps2 has a fliptop lid, and no need to solder anything to use swap magic
