I was hoping that someone would know what the problem was, but nevermind. He Just took his laptop to the college he works at, and dropped it off at thier computer repair center.
Btw, so you know, telling my mother or father to backup thier data, let alone them keeping thier Antivirus Up to date, or using any kind of Anti-Spyware, is Like teaching a grandmother or grandfather to build a computer or write and debug an entire program
