Dig up the driver disk that followed your ati card and install that one. and then upgrade with the "update" button in the device manager (instead of uninstalling first), or try "roll back driver". Then contact ATI/look at their support sections. And if that doesn't work, you've got to reinstall your OS i am afraid.
