First you should probably edit your posts so they are merged... (actually it would be cool if Bobby wrote a script to merge posts that were posted one after another so that admins wouldn't have to merge them.)
Also to solve your problem download the epsxe file from the website listed in ngemus psx section and it should contain that file.
