Perfect Dark Zero. I have the game, but it isn't one of the best Xbox 360 games in terms of graphics. Simply put: It's James Bond, only this time, you're the babe. Nice gameplay IMO. I also have G.R.A.W., which is more of a third person shooter (there is an option for first). G.R.A.W. has good graphics and gameplay, I enjoy it quite a bit.
Did you see the Halo 3 Announcement Trailer yet?
Right now the top selling game for the 360 is Oblivion. I haven't tried Far Cry Predator yet, but Far Cry Instincts for the Xbox was loads of fun.
