FFX works fine on most people on ingame 3D (no black screen). You must have switched some plugins etc (maybe spu2 one) while we were going through the beta transition phase. Try deleteing everything from c:\Program Files\Pcsx2 and reinstalling.
Dark angel, can you check gsLog.txt and see if there are any warnings etc. I'm not familiar with the specs of the Intel video cards.
Currently, the video option doesn't work. It'll be added in the very near future.
