Second, next time, please post questions in the right forums. Also, read the sticky threads for general information and frequently asked questions, such as yours here.
For your question: If you're looking for a program that will allow you to play PS2 games at a good fps (exactly as on a real PS2), then I have to disappoint you, because PCSX2 has not progressed far enough to be considered 'playable' by most users. Give them some time (a year, or two) and then PCSX2 might be a good 'replacement' for a real PS2. I hope that answers your question
