At TV resolutions, no. Epsxe is much better. Using the VGA box for the DC, maybe. You'll see games for the DC at resolutions for which it was intended to be (NTSC 640x480, PAL 640x500 something). Then again, a console is made for TV, right?
If that were the case I would rather buy a PC than a DC.
