No Capcom is IMO. SNK had Garou: MOTW and Last Blade 2. Capcom had SF2, Super SF2, SFA2, SFA3, CvS2.
Garou was good but it felt like it was trying to be SF. Last Blade 2 is the only true blue SNK game that I love on the same level as SF, but it'll always be a matter of opinion.
