oh.. I forgot to explain. The reader.dll is a wrapper dll that lets the program use the other plugins, as VisualBasic doesn't have function pointers.
You should keep the reader.dll there, and place your favorite plugins in the same folder.

For anyone interested, there's a mirc script which converts "/me 's" into " * nickname's whatever" and adds a nice "/my" command.
