I tried to run tenchu 2 the one I downloaded from *some very very bad place* but it wont run

just a black screen, plus I have a nother file for tenchu 2 but how do I open it? It says tenchu2.7z and I got 7Zip program but when ever I click extract or copy or whatever it finishes extracting 100 percent but then says cannot open out put file?
