the problem with music in ps2 games es that they don't have any standard headers. Sound data is composed of ADPCM blocks. There are some file formats for that, but only some games use them. And also, some games make the music in realtime, using some kind of "mods" (like .mod, .s3m, .it modules), and I don't know the format the games use...

For anyone interested, there's a mirc script which converts "/me 's" into " * nickname's whatever" and adds a nice "/my" command.
