Basically it's written in gibibytes NOT gigabytes. There is 1000 mibibytes in a gibibyte, but 1024 megabytes in a gigabyte.

the math bit:

4.7 Gib = 4700 Mib = 4700000000 bytes = 4.37 GB

Ironically nero gets it totally wrong. It assumes that Gibibytes are 1000 MEGAbytes, not 1000 MIBIbytes. Thus:

4.7 Gib = 4700 MB = 4.5 GB.
