Just some lil spelling corrections over the spanish translation
On the second sentence:

I think its better like "Cualquier usuario que viole estas reglas en forma repetitiva será permanentemente removido del sitio"
Apart from that there are just some lil mistakes that must be typing related
like
In the first and second line of the warez policy

its slightly better as
(...)distribución(...)mejor conocido como warez
In the FAQ section
(...)rewspuestas (...)
should be "respuestas"
and some accents here and there. Appart from that you did a pretty good job Tak
