My P233 runs quite, quite hot without a fan on the heatsink. Like Cylinder said, you really don't need any paste at all. Remember the 233 runs at an insane voltage compared to newer processors. My 233 runs at 2.8v. I of course have a HS and Fan on my P233...

Heh, just by changing my HS/F on my Celeron 855 today... My idle/load temps went from 31c/49c all the way down to 21c/30c. A good HS/F can make a world of difference.
