Jet Coaster Dream 2 10/10 seems to be working flawlessly. As far as I can tell it's some sort of sim game where you build a roller coaster theme park. Couldn't test it out for more than a few minutes cause it's in Japanese; however, it does seem to work just fine.
You have to use the NTSC video cable, Above Normal Priority and 140 fps (settins I use for all Chankast games)...
