Thanks for the pointers, it appears my mainboard doesn't support any SSE instructions and I can fix it with a bios flash. I won't do it til i get the pennies together for a new one though, cos i only ever tried to flash a bios once and it went horribly wrong. :cuss2:
Plus I don't have a floppy drive so it might be difficult anyway.
Oh well, nevermind eh.
