Compatibility differences.

Seems there are some differences with the compatibility people are reporting. Here are some reasons:

1) If the emu gives an A/V cable error, it means it's not a vga compatible game. For DC you can get a VGA box that plays games on a monitor at 640x480; this is exactly how chankast operates as well: Chankast only runs vga compatible games. Maybe some games can be fixed to work, but I'm not knowledgeable on that.

2) I/O errors. I think these are related to patching a game. Many PAL DC users will patch backups to run at 60hz. It seems that this can cause I/O errors.

3) Random crashes. Some games seem to crash at random spots, or just after the emu has been running for a while.

Then there are also "mmu errors". I don't know yet what is causing these.
