Here's what has changed in the past week or so:

1. Cleaned up most of the locked threads.
2. Rewrote the FAQ a bit, More question orientated, should be less confusing (hopefully

)
3. Added a license agreement which must be clicked on to enter that forum.

The rules are now always displayed when you access the forum, and you must agree to continue. As such we are now enforcing a zero tolerance policy on this part of the board.

Further changes may happen later this week. Watch this space
