Go to www.zophar.net to view emulators for the PS2. To run them you must have a modchip installed and be ale to burn them. If you mean program like EvoX than probably not. PS2 is harder to develop for than Xbox, but you never know. Maybe someone is doing it. Just don't get your hopes up.
