you know, you can use the windows sound recorder ot make the sound file smaller but still keep the sound quality. you can converts the pcm format to mp3 format

EDIT: I modified your sound file so that it would be smaller and easier to download before it was 14 mb but now its only 1.4 mb with the same quality
