The only problem I've had so far with Driver 2 is sometimes there's a little bit of garbage left over if I pass over a menu option, but it isn't too noticable. Other than that, it runs perfectly (even with less slowdown than on a real PSX). I'm using Pete's OGL2 plugin with the Eternal SPU and Mooby's plugin.
