Yep. Your board supports all P4's on a 400MHz QDR bus, so.. any CPU you find would probably be another williamette. Try looking for a cheap 533MHz FSB capable board and get a 2GHz Northwood P4 (not Celeron!) or more, if you need.
But, if you can't really afford to do that now.. use your other PC in the meantime. I assure you, its CPU is far more capable than your current, but does it have an AGP slot?
